Inkris OPSRevenue Force
Built for trust

Approval by default. Autonomy only when you choose.

Revenue Force develops qualified opportunities against the target and the standard you set, reaching decision-makers and carrying conversations in your name. Every control on this page lives in your workspace: you decide what runs on its own, and what still waits for your approval.

Not a black box

Controls you operate in the platform, not a promise on a page.

You define the target market and set the qualification standard. Revenue Force develops qualified opportunities against those criteria and hands them to your team. Each of the four controls below is a surface you can open and watch working, not a slogan.

The four pillars

Four things trust means inside the platform.

Each pillar maps to a real surface in your workspace. This is what you would actually see.

Human approval by default

Approval is where every account starts. Each message is drafted in your voice and queued in your workspace for your review before it sends.

  • Review a whole batch in a couple of minutes, or open any message and edit a line first.
  • Approve, edit, or hold: while approval is on, every draft waits on your decision.
  • Autonomy is something you extend when you're ready, never something that happens to you.

Explainable decisions

You can see why each message, reply, and handoff happened. It's a queue you can inspect, not a black box that acts on its own.

  • Every draft shows who it's going to, which step it is, and what it's responding to.
  • Replies are sorted and surfaced with context, so you know why something reached you.
  • When an opportunity qualifies, the record shows what was confirmed and when.

Compliance & audit trails

Suppression and do-not-contact lists are respected on every send, unsubscribes are honored, and a full log records what went out and what came back.

  • Do-not-contact lists suppress people you never want reached, before anything sends.
  • Unsubscribe requests are handled and respected across the outreach.
  • A complete audit log gives you a clear record of the whole conversation history.

Adapts to your business

The platform aligns with how your business actually operates: your voice, your rules, your offer, and the standard an opportunity has to meet before it reaches your team.

  • Your corrections and decisions shape how opportunities are developed, not just how a draft reads.
  • Your qualification standard and your escalation preferences are applied on every conversation.
  • The longer it runs, the more it reflects your judgment, never less.

Graduated autonomy

You decide the level of autonomy.

This is the operating model that makes the rest possible. Autonomy is not on or off. It moves through three stages, and you decide how far it goes and which actions it covers.

Every account begins at approval required. As opportunities build and you get comfortable, you can move to review key actions, then to trusted automation, one step at a time and only when you choose. Important conversations stay visible at every stage.

And it's reversible. If a level of automation ever stops feeling right, dial it straight back to full approval. The control is always yours to take back.

The approval loop

Drafted by Revenue Force. Decided by you.

While approval is on, every message follows the same four beats inside your workspace, and you decide what happens at each one.

1
A draft takes shape in your voice
Each message is drafted for you, trained on how you talk and what you sell, with the follow-up rhythm carried for you.
2
It's queued in your workspace
Every draft lands in one queue, with the context behind it. Nothing has gone anywhere yet.
3
You approve, edit, or hold
Clear a batch in a couple of minutes, rewrite a line first, or hold one back. Entirely your call.
4
Then it sends, and it's logged
The message goes out and joins the record. As trust builds, you can let routine steps clear themselves.
AI and people, together

AI is part of the engine underneath, not the trust proposition. Technology carries the consistency and the workload; people provide the oversight, judgment, and accountability. The control model above is what makes it safe to run in your name.

Fair questions

What a careful buyer asks about trust.

Does anything ever send without my approval?

Not unless you choose to let it. Approval on every message is the default, and it stays on until you decide to turn up automation. Even then, you set which steps run on their own and can switch back to full approval at any time.

How do I know why a message or reply went out the way it did?

Every draft shows who it's for, which step it is, and what it's responding to, and replies are surfaced with the context behind them. It's a queue you can inspect at any point, not a system that acts silently.

What happens with do-not-contact lists and unsubscribes?

Suppression and do-not-contact lists are respected on every send, so people you never want reached are filtered out before anything goes. Unsubscribe requests are honored across the outreach, and all of it is recorded in the audit log.

Which channels does Revenue Force run, and do you cold-call?

Revenue Force coordinates email and LinkedIn outreach, with SMS used for warm or consented conversations. The mix depends on the audience and the relationship. There is no managed cold-calling, and every send is checked against your suppression and do-not-contact lists first.

Is my data used to train anything outside my account?

The voice and context the drafts learn from are your business's, used to make your outreach sound like you. We speak only to what the product actually does: the approval queue, drafts trained on your voice, reply handling, suppression, and a full audit log. If you have a specific data question, ask us directly and we'll answer plainly.

Is Revenue Force software I have to operate?

No, and it is not a black box either. Execution is built into the platform. You configure the parameters and watch the work; you do not run the campaigns yourself.

Can I turn up autonomy later, or dial it back?

Both, whenever you want. Start with approval on everything. Turn up automation one step at a time, only when you're comfortable. If it ever stops feeling right, dial it straight back to full approval. You set the pace.

See exactly where you stay in control.

Book a Revenue Force call. Define the target market and the qualification standard, then see the platform: where you approve, what you can watch, and how autonomy is set. No obligation. No pressure.
