What is a booked meeting actually worth to you?
Two quick calculations with your own numbers: the value of a qualified meeting, and the revenue quietly leaking from leads nobody follows up with.

1 · The value of a meeting
2 · The cost of the follow-up gap
Every figure here comes from the numbers you enter; we don't inject industry benchmarks or inflate anything. The defaults are just editable examples. If you don't know your meeting-to-close rate, use your last ten qualified meetings as a rough sample and refine from there.
Common questions
How do I know my meeting-to-close rate?
Take your last 10 or 20 qualified first meetings and count how many became customers. It's a rough sample, but it beats guessing, and the calculator updates instantly as you refine the number.
What counts as the follow-up gap?
Leads that got one touch (or none) and then went quiet: inbound inquiries, event contacts, old proposals, stalled deals. Most teams follow up far less than they believe; check your CRM for leads with exactly one activity and you'll see yours.
Is this calculator biased toward your service?
The math is neutral: value per meeting times meetings, and unworked leads times your own conversion rate. What we'd add is that if the follow-up gap number surprises you, that gap is exactly what our follow-up service exists to close. The calculator doesn't need you to believe that for its output to be true.
