The direct ask
When: After 3 or 4 unanswered touches

I've reached out a few times, so a fair question deserves asking directly: is {the problem you solve} worth a conversation right now, or is the timing just wrong?
Either answer is genuinely useful, and "not now" is a perfectly good one.

The useful-no-ask touch
When: Late sequence, before the close

No pitch in this one. I came across {something genuinely useful: an article, a benchmark, a tactic} and it's directly relevant to {their situation}.

Reviving an old lead

Any of those is useful to know, and if something missed, I'd like the chance to fix it.

These are the actual patterns we draft from in our managed outreach, and they follow our rules: every touch adds something, no fake urgency, no pretend-bumps, and the sequence always ends with a respectful close. A template is a skeleton; the {placeholders} are where the work lives, and generic filler there will earn generic silence.
Common questions
How should I personalize these?
Replace every {placeholder} with something only true of that recipient: their company, their market, the history you actually have. One specific observation beats five lines of flattery. If you can't fill the placeholder specifically, the prospect isn't researched enough to email yet.
How far apart should these be sent?

Can I use these in bulk sequences?
The structure, yes; the value, only if the personalization is real per recipient. Mass-sending skeletons with thin variables is exactly the email everyone deletes. The scenario templates for old leads and quiet proposals should always be one-to-one.
